By completing this form, I hereby grant, free of charge and for an indefinite period, Brazilian Secrets Cosmética Unipessoal, Lda (Embelleze Europe), VAT number 509188915, headquartered in Vialonga, Portugal, permission to use my images, videos, and audios provided for campaigns conducted by the brand.
This authorization includes the use of the provided materials on the following platforms and for the following purposes:
- Social media platforms of Embelleze Europe and Novex (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook);
- Digital performance campaigns;
- The official website Embelleze.eu;
- E-commerce;
- Television, radio, and Out of Home (OOH) media;
- Point of sale materials;
- Institutional materials.
I further declare that I authorize the editing, recording, reproduction, and distribution of my image and voice, in whole or in part, whether animated or not, individually or collectively captured, in all forms and by all means, in any medium, without temporal or territorial limits, solely for the purpose of promoting and publicizing the company’s/brand’s products and services, waiving any rights or compensation that may arise from such use.
I acknowledge that this authorization is given in accordance with the applicable laws in Portugal, including Law No. 58/2019, which ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) concerning the processing of personal data.
I also declare that for the transfer of my related rights and image rights, as well as for the authorization to capture, edit, record, reproduce, and distribute my image and voice as outlined in the preceding paragraph, I will not be entitled to any compensation or remuneration, and, as such, I will not seek any payments or credits arising from this usage.
By selecting the option to accept this term, I declare that I have been informed of my rights, including the right to request the revocation of this authorization, as well as the right to access, rectify, limit, port, and delete my personal data at any time, by contacting marketingpt@embelleze.com, being aware that the revocation will not affect the legitimacy of the use of the materials up until the date of the request.
